Exhibitors:
- Any exhibitor or friend or relative of any exhibitor who interferes with any judge or superintendent in their work in any way will cause the exhibits of the said exhibitor to be absolutely disqualified from receiving any award or prize.
- Decision of the judges is final.
- All entries must be brought in between 6:00-8:30 P.M. Tuesday night.
- Except scale models and woodworking--which may be set up between 6-8 pm on Monday night and cake decorating--which may choose to bring entries by 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday morning).
- All entries must remain until 8:30 P.M. Thursday night. The Thursday night pick-up does not apply to horses, dogs and cats. Failure to comply with the time schedule may result in premium loss.
- Each exhibitor is allowed only one entry in each class number. See premium list for project category entry limitations.
- 4-H members need 2 items per project to achieve unless noted by project description. (ex: Beef, Dairy)
- Only members of the following 4-H clubs may exhibit in the 4-H project categories: Alto All-Stars and Brandon Tanangers.
- All items entered in 4-H project categories are to be made under the direction of a 4-H project leader if available or they can be disqualified.
- An exhibitor may show at another fair. A member of the Alto and Brandon 4-H clubs must exhibit at the Alto Fair in order to achieve. If a member would show at another fair, and be chosen to go to the State Fair, this would take priority after the Alto Fair as far as achieving is concerned.
